Whole-Self Fitness is not just a title, it is a primary guideline used to help clients take the step, unique to each person, no matter how small, to build a foundation that will get everyone on their path to a healthier lifestyle which they can realistically maintain.

With Whole-Self Fitness you will work in a partnership with your trainer,a partnership in which honest communication is the key to your progress. Using realistically stated goals, and clear communication about available time, you will design the beginning steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

Support: Through ongoing consistent contact with your trainer to help maximize accountability, consistency, and motivation. Dynamic Personal Training: Workouts tailored to your goals and time constraints. Workouts provided in-home or at other locations for your convenience. Workouts modified to your beginning capabilities, and designed to help you progress at a safe and healthy pace for you.
