My Name is Russ Warrington, certified personal
trainer and the founder of Whole-Self Fitness. The above
is what Whole-Self Fitness can be to you, the client.
For me, Whole-Self Fitness is a labor of love and a
dream come true. Whole-Self Fitness is my opportunity to
use my many years of education and experience as a
professional counselor helping people overcome personal
challenges, remove obstacles and build motivation
towards accomplishing goals and combine that with my
lifetime passion for sports, exercise and outdoor
activities.
What I want to accomplish with Whole-Self Fitness is
to improve the quality of my client's lives. I want to
help you identify and go beyond barriers to optimum
health.
Since age 14 I have worked consistently on my own
fitness; sometimes through training for a specific sport
activity and at other times just being active for
general health and well being. Throughout my adult life
I have continually helped family, friends, neighbors and
co-workers reach their fitness goals. Not long ago I
decided to take my lifelong love into the professional
realm, I completed a course of study at the School of
Exercise Training and Science (SETS) in Phoenix and
later became certified as a Personal Trainer through the
National Strength and Conditioning Association. After
working for a time in the health club setting I followed
my heart and founded Whole-Self Fitness.
