I interviewed five training facilities and personal trainers before I decided on Russ
Warrington. That was three years ago, and I have not looked back since; only forward
to better health and fitness. Russ is passionate about fitness and compassionate to his
clients. He is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our workouts are
challenging without being intimidating. Russ listens to goals and concerns and readily
helps his client achieve those goals. My training with Russ has included climbing
mountains, and meeting for workouts at parks, gyms, and at my own home. I
recommend Russ to anyone looking for a personal training experience, no matter what
your level of fitness.

I hate to exercise! Russ Warrington is the only reason I do exercise. Russ knows fitness.
He is encouraging and positive; as I learn and progress, Russ makes me feel confident
and accomplished. Because Russ comes to my home, hauls in the equipment, tolerates
my whining, hands me the weights/bands/balls, etc. cheers me on, counts, tells me what
to do and when to do it and praises me; all with unending enthusiasm, I am successful!
I do not welcome Russ with the same unbridled joy and happiness my dogs greet him
with, but I must admit, I feel stronger, healthier, friskier, and have way more energy.

I’m the person who doesn’t like to train. I’m the person who is that proverbial “fast start,
slow finish” exerciser. I’m also the person who has been working with Russ Warrington
for almost two years. I’ve been consistent because Russ has always been consistent. I’ve
paced myself over time, which is a testament to Russ creating an individualized plan for
exercise, nutrition, and stress management. My health is better because of Whole-Self
Fitness. Russ is a consummate professional who gets to know his clients and who
designs a program to challenge them and to offer success. Challenge and success are both
critical for sustaining an exercise program. Knowledge, compassion, and passion for the
“whole self” are ways to best describe Russ. I’ve sustained a training and exercise
program because of my trainer. That’s the main ingredient. Without hesitation, I
encourage you to find the will to get started. Russ will then keep you motivated. I’m
better physically, emotionally, and mentally because of him.
