Warrington. That was three years ago, and I have not looked back
since; only forward
to better health and fitness. Russ is passionate about fitness
and compassionate to his
clients. He is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work
with. Our workouts are
challenging without being intimidating. Russ listens to goals
and concerns and readily
helps his client achieve those goals. My training with Russ has
included climbing
mountains, and meeting for workouts at parks, gyms, and at my
own home. I

with Russ Warrington
for almost two years. I’ve been consistent because Russ has
